Adjunct Professor at Elmhurst University
I currently serve as an Adjunct Professor at Elmhurst University, where I teach Complex Health courses online for both the Accelerated Baccalaureate Science of Nursing (ABSN) and Master Entry Nurse (MENP) programs. My passion lies in educating and welcoming new nurses into the profession, sharing my knowledge and experience to foster their growth.

Diverse Teaching Background
My teaching experience extends to clinical instruction for Chamberlain University and valuable time spent in the Simulation Lab at St. Xavier University. These roles have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of practical nursing education and skill development.

Leadership and Mentorship in Practice
During my tenure in the Emergency Department, I took on leadership roles including Lead RN, Preceptor, and Charge Nurse. These positions honed my ability to guide and mentor fellow nurses, ensuring high standards of care and efficient team operations.
